The Mills Studio Suites adjoin the historic Albert. The Mill started as a store in the 1860’s, changed to the Wombat Hill Boot Factory in the 1920’s and from the 1930’s was used by Daytex Mills for some 50 years. The building has been renovated over the past 12 years, retaining its original saw tooth roof and lofty warehouse atmosphere with a modern contemporary look.
