How do I transfer my package to an alternate package destination ?

Simply return mail your Voucher to Great Weekend Holidays, noting your purchase details. The purchasers details include, Name, Address, Sales Number & Contact Number and your new package choice.

Alternatively complete the voucher transfer form located here.

You will receive your new package within 7 business days.

 


What if the voucher was gifted and I don’t have the sales number?

Please put the purchasers name in the comments box of the transfer form.


My voucher has expired, what can I do?

I would like to validate, but I don’t know if the dates are available?
My receipt has a credit for a voucher but no voucher was in the package?

You have a credit with Great Weekend Holidays when you validate your selection you will receive a voucher ($79.90 value)
